The 2019 FIA ​​Karting World Championship - OK and Junior will take place in Finland from 6th to 8th September at the Alahärmä Powerpark circuit. A much-anticipated event for this country of motorsport enthusiasts, the major world event promises to be full of suspense on a spectacular and fast track with a big field of more than 200 Drivers, gathering the best talents from 44 nations on five continents.

With a hectic summer season program underway, Team Evolution is pushing hard to make every weekend count. Round 4 of the IAME Series Benelux 2019 was no exception, as the British team secured three podiums and notable results amidst the challenging weather conditions throughout the event at the Karting Genk – ‘Home of Champions’ circuit in Belgium. In the X30 Senior category, Joey van Splunteren bounced back to the top, after a less than satisfying Euro Series round recently, outperforming all his competitive rivals for victory and his invitation to the IAME International Final at Le Mans mid-October. Zach Ripley and Herolind Nuredini took a brilliant 2nd and 3rd respectively in X30 Juniors, with Ripley closing the gap on the series lead.

This weekend the ROTAX Max Challenge International Trophy will take place at the Circuit Alain Prost in Le Mans, France. A legendary track from the 1970s-1990s can claim to have seen the future stars of motorsport in their infancy at several World Karting Championships. Ayrton Senna in 1978, Michael Schumacher in 1985, Jarno Trulli in 1991, as well as Giancarlo Fisichella, Jos Verstappen, Allan McNish, Emmanuel Collard, Benoit Treluyer and Sebastien Bourdais who became famous among others on 1172m of the Alain Prost Circuit.
