In 2020, the German Electric Kart Championship (DEKM) is already starting into its third season and offering numerous highlights again. All five racing events are going to take place in Germany this time. The DEKM is going to start in Wackersdorf twice. Due to a new E-kart by technical partner BRP-Rotax, the participants can look forward to more power and longer race durations.

The “Andrea Margutti” Trophy continues to honour the memory of the young karting promise Andrea Margutti with the 31st edition of the event that started back in 1990. The 2020 event will take place as usual at the South Garda Karting Circuit in Lonato on February 27th – March 1st with the organization by Parma Motorsport. Entry lists to open on February 3rd.

The kick-off to the German Kart Championship 2020 season is going to happen on January 6th at 12 o’clock with the start of the online registration. Interested drivers can register for the four grade series DKM (OK), DJKM (OK-Junior), DSKM (KZ2) and DSKC (KZ2) on the website www.kart-dm.de. The racing calendar consists of five races spread over Germany and Belgium.
