Three weeks before the premiere of the German Kart Championship on the new racetrack in Mülsen (Saxony), the organizer Kart-Club-Sachsen e.V. cancels the event. Despite extensive efforts, the responsible parties were unable to agree on the financing of the event. Now, the second run takes place again in Kerpen, but in the opposite driving direction.

After the Spanish circuit of Zuera, for the second Compétition of the 2020 FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior will take place at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli de Sarno (ITA). Slightly shorter, the Italian track is also one of the fastest tracks of the season while remaining very technical.

After carefully reviewing the actual situation, BRP-Rotax and Chrono Karting BV have decided to cancel the Micro and Mini MAX Grand Festival 2020 because of the worldwide COVID-19 situation and the restrictions in several countries.

110 drivers from Europe started into the new season of the German Kart Championship last weekend (August 7th – 9th) and experienced a red-hot battle. Winners Kris Haanen (DJKM), Kas Haverkort (DKM), Jorrit Pex, Fabian Federer (both DSKM) and Julian Müller (DSKC) kept the coolest heads.

Due to the current updates of the COVID-19 situation in Spain and the restrictions it applies to non-Spanish competitors they have decided after much consideration to cancel the second round of the 2020 IAME Euro Series which was planned to be held in Valencia.
