After a difficult start to the 2020 year, America and the sport of karting has begun to retake some normality with racing officially beginning to take shape. J3 Competition is pleased to announce its rescheduled northeast Rotax regional Stars & Stripes Trophy program.  The three-race format which is highlighted with a single practice day and one day of racing allows for nearly anyone to compete along with only one set of new slick tires required for racing.  The series will resume at the original northeast venues with a revised rotation and date format which follows:

Max Verstappen looks ahead to the start of the season at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. The last two editions were won by the Dutchman, but that doesn't give him any guarantees for this year, so he says in this interview. The Red Bull driver is very positive about the RB16 and the Honda engine and is happy that the season is finally starting.

This year Red Bull Junior Jonny Edgar is racing for Dutch team Van Amersfoort Racing, former team of Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc. The 16 year old driver tested his Formula 4 car last month in Zandvoort. His big dream is to reach Formula One and follow the footsteps of Verstappen and Leclerc. The young Dutchman Thomas ten Brinke made a breakthrough on the international stage in 2018 before reaping the rewards of his talent and hard work the following year. Third in the FIA Karting European Championship - Junior, he went on to win the FIA Karting World Championship - Junior in Finland. Always loyal to the British team RFM, at the age of 15 he was planning to compete in OK for a full season. The coronavirus decided otherwise. In an interview conducted at the end of June 2020, Thomas shares his views on the last few months and the imminent resumption of racing.
