Australian Grand Prix Corporation Chief Executive Officer Andrew Westacott has been unanimously appointed to the Board of Australian Karting Association Ltd (Karting Australia) effectively immediately.

The drivers of the Kosmic Kart Racing Department gave a convincing performance in Sarno, where Kosmic Kart equipment was also second in the OKJ class.

During the second event in Sarno, Italy, the young Australian made one of the best progressions of the 36 finalist drivers, coming back from 27th to 12th place! On the track in Sarno, the effectiveness of the OTK equipment was confirmed by Joseph Turney’s third place in OK and the podium potential of the drivers competing in OKJ.

The worldwide Corona pandemic also caused a late start into the season of the German Electric Kart Championship (DEKM). Next weekend, things will get going though: On the traditional Erftlandring in Kerpen, the unique electric kart racing series is going to start into its third season. A newly developed high performance racing E-kart, longer racing distances and an attractive field of participants promise lots of excitement.
