For their very first competition in the FIA Karting categories on the French circuit of Val d'Argenton, the KR chassis demonstrated their effectiveness and quality of adaptation. The second round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series was not without its challenges, but the hard work put in by the teams using the KR-IAME package put the drivers on the right track.

The FIA Karting European Championship got underway in Spain for the OK and OK-Junior categories. Dry weather accompanied the competitors for four days. The drivers positioned on the front row in the Final and equipped with KR chassis experienced racing incidents and were unfortunately unable to confirm their competitiveness. While Joe Turney scored important points in the OK Championship, where he finished 2nd, Bosco Arias (DPK Racing) put in a brilliant finish in OK-Junior to climb to 3rd place on the podium.

The 2024 Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship in the OK and OK-Junior categories is already shaping up to be a great success. The first of the four Competitions will be well attended, with a total of 200 Competitors taking part. A record number of 91 OK Drivers and 109 in OK-Junior, representing 48 nations, is expected at the Kartódromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero in Valencia from 21st to 24th March.

Qualifying for the first Competition of the 2024 Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior took place on Friday 22nd March at the Kartódromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero in Valencia, Spain. The weather was very favourable with sunshine and a temperature of 20° on the 1428 m long track. Gabriel Gomez (ITA) took OK pole position, while Dries van Langendonck (BEL) was fastest in OK-Junior.
