From karting to his maiden world championship in Formula One.

January 2022 marks the start of online registration for the German Electric Kart Championship (DEKM) for the 2022 season. Interested drivers can register on the website www.dekm.de. The race calendar includes four race weekends as part of well-known German kart racing series.

The 21st edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals (RMCGF) will be hosted at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC) in Sakhir. This year, 378 drivers from all over the world are competing for the top of the podium in Micro Max, Mini Max, Rotax Max Junior, Rotax Max Senior, DD2, DD2 Masters and the E-Karting Champion.

Following on from two days of Non-Qualifying Practice at the circuit, it was time to get the racing action underway amidst the sandy surroundings, with an increase in the air temperature at the track providing a perfect backdrop to the excitement of Qualifying Practice and the first set of Qualifying Heats for all competitors.

Next year, ADAC Formel 4 enters its eighth season with a new car, an impressive calendar featuring five former or current Grand Prix circuits, and a larger prize purse. A total of € 150,000 in cash and non-cash prizes are up for grabs in ADAC Formula 4 in 2022.
