Talented Dutch racer Dilano van ’t Hoff will remain with MP Motorsport as he steps up for his first full season of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA).

The first round of the 2022 Champions of the Future starts this week in Portugal at the Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve. The best teams and drivers competing in OK and Junior classes are expected in Portugal. The field will be made of two FIA Karting categories.

The Alpine Academy unveiled its affiliate programme in early March 2022, which will work in conjunction with the Academy to encourage and recruit the best drivers of tomorrow. Brazilian Matheus Ferreira has been selected to join the new initiative as a potential future motorsport talent.

With 275 drivers expected for the opening weekend of the Championship in Mariembourg, the IAME Series Benelux confirms its status as one of the leading championships in Europe.  For three days, the Karting des Fagnes circuit will be the battleground for the best kart drivers from Benelux and a strong foreign representation.
