The ROK Cup Festival closes the 2022 single-brand season by Vortex with a more than positive drivers’ response: a total of 137 at the Franciacorta Karting Track in Castrezzato (Italy), in a two-day competition, featured by the rainy weather, which further raised the bar of the challenge. The finals crowned: Pietro Bagutti (Mini ROK), Tiziano Kuzhnini (Junior ROK), Riccardo Cirelli (Senior ROK), Davide Gherardi (Expert ROK), Sergio Koch (Super ROK) and Marco Vannini (Shifter ROK).

Attractive and fair racing at a predictable costs: these aspects form the basis, on which the ADAC is reorganising its successful youth development programme in Formula racing from the 2023 season. With the goal once again being to allow talented youngsters from Germany to make the step up to higher classes of Formula racing and ultimately professional motorsport, the ADAC Formula Junior Team will line up in the FFSA Formula 4 Academy next year.

Colombian teenager Jerónimo Berrío Mardo has signed with MP Motorsport for a switch to the Spanish Formula 4 Championship in 2023. It will be the 16-year-old’s second season in European single-seaters, Berrío having shown great progress in his first year in Formula 4.

ROFGO Junior Oliver Goethe has secured a seat at the 2021 FIA F3 Champion team Trident Motorsport for his first full season in one of the most competitive junior single-seater series in the world. 18-year-old Oliver wrapped up his most successful season to date by winning the 2022 Euroformula Open Championship with 11 victories and 18 podiums to his name.

PREMA Racing announces that Lorenzo Fluxá will join the team for the 2023 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine. The 18-year-old Spaniard will line up for his third season in the series after achieving his maiden podium finish this year at Monza.
