Rocco Coronel was announced Wednesday by Red Bull as a new driver for its talent program. The 13-year-old karter and son of racing driver Tom Coronel have been admired on international karting tracks for years and also caught the eye of Red Bull. Recently, Rocco Coronel participated in a test in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain under the watchful eye of Helmut Marko and that gave Red Bull the final push.
