After races in Kerpen, Genk (Belgium) and Ampfing, the German Kart Championship returns to the home front. The championship has settled this weekend at Mülsen in Saxony. For the second time, the 1315-meter circuit is part of the DKM racing calendar and promises exciting races for the final. In the German Shifter-Kart Championship, the first decision can be made this weekend. In the other three categories DKM, DJKM and DSKM, however, everything is still open.

The German Kart Championship traveled to Ampfing on the Schweppermannring for its half-time event. An international field of participants dueled on the race track in beaming sunshine in Southern Germany. In the end, there were five different winners.

The four predicates DKM, DJKM, DSKM and DSKC are arrived in Ampfing. The 1,036-meter-long track is the shortest on the race calendar, but still offers a lot of fun for the drivers. Especially a tight infield and a high-speed chicane often make the difference at the Schweppermannring. For the participants, it is about adding a first exclamation point with the half-time title. The field of the DKM is balanced. It is also really tight with the juniors.
