Arden Motorsport GB3 squad strengthens ties with USA’s VRD Racing

The Arden Motorsport GB3 team will run under the Arden VRD banner in 2023, after further strengthening ties with the USA-based VRD Racing operation. The two companies initially joined forces midway through the 2022 season, with the arrangement allowing VRD’s Canadian driver Nico Christodoulou to race in GB3 with Arden, while the Banbury-based team’s Formula Regional contender Alex Quinn went the other way and competed with VRD in USF2000. 

Team Champions Kevin Mills Racing confirm Jack Clifford in GB4 line-up

Australian youngster Jack Clifford will make his European racing debut with Kevin Mills Racing in the 2023 GB4 Championship. The 17-year-old is a graduate of Australian Formula Ford racing, having competed in three different categories in his homeland, in addition to several karting campaigns.

2023 GB4 champion to receive £50,000 prize towards future single-seater campaign

The winner of the 2023 GB4 Championship will again be rewarded with a £50,000 contribution towards their 2024 single-seater racing programme. The biggest fund available in UK junior single-seater racing, the £50,000 can be put towards a campaign in either GB3 or British Formula 4 for the following season, and will be paid to the team that the driver contracts with as part of their career progression towards hopefully F1. 

James Wharton - A podium finish to kick off the 2023 UAE F4 Championship

After a successful and promising first season in single-seaters in 2022, marked by three 5th places in Formula 4 in the Italian, German and UAE championships, James Wharton has just started a second season of F4 racing that will be very important for the future of his career. A Ferrari Driver Academy driver, supported by All Road Management, Motorsport Australia and racing with the Mumbai Falcons Racing team, the 16-year-old Australian was in Dubai from 9th to 14th January for the first of five FIA-certified UAE F4 events. A podium finish has already rewarded his high level of performance.
