The highest German kart series DKM is this weekend in the modern Arena E in Mülsen. There is again a lot of action with an attractive program for the participants from the various classes. The German Kart Championship is again part of the international FIA karting calendar this season and consists of five race weekends. The championship consists of the four categories DKM (OK), DJKM (OK Junior), DSKM (KZ2), and DSKC (KZ2), in which the participants all also score points for the International Karting Ranking (IKR).

This weekend the 2023 IAME Euro Series Round 2 will take place in Mariembourg, Belgium. All three categories continue with great entry numbers and full grids. Karting des Fagnes is a tricky challenge full of technical corners and twisty apexes, that make setup very difficult to perfect. It’s the ultimate place for the season finale as excitement is guaranteed, so nothing can be taken for granted.

Frankfurt am Main. A long winter break comes to an end next weekend for the German Kart Championship. In Muelsen, the three categories DJKM (OKJ), DSKM (KZ2) and DSKC (KZ2) will start into the new season. In the supporting program, the young drivers of the Mini 60 Series by Chrono Karting will compete.

Kart Republic triumphs in KZ2 with Alex Powell

After the two victories for the KR direct-drive chassis at the opening of the European Championships in OK and OK-Junior, it is now the turn of the "Shifter" model to win a major FIA Karting competition. On the difficult Zuera circuit, Jamaican Alex Powell dominated the KZ2 class Final from 5th position. Similarly, the competitiveness of the KR Motorsport team was clear in KZ, but events did not go in favour of Italian Paolo Ippolito, the reigning European Champion.
