Third at Sarno at the end of 2022 on his first outing in the premium category, third again at Lonato at the beginning of February and second yesterday at Franciacorta, his consistent podium finishes are beginning to really make people sit up and take notice! All the more so as after four races his worst result is a fourth place! But Jimmy’s no flash in the pan. Instead, he’s the real deal who’s determined to forge a place for himself among the front-runners.

BRP-Rotax is glad to announce the addition of a new championship to the Rotax racing calendar: the Rotax MAX Challenge Asia Trophy (RMCAT), which will be organized by the Rotax Authorized Distributor for Malaysia and Brunei, Amprex Racing Services (ARS).

Abu Dhabi, February 19, 2023: Mercedes Formula 1 protégé Andrea Kimi Antonelli became the inaugural Formula Regional Middle East (FRMEC) champion during another thrilling weekend of action in the final round at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. The 16-year-old Italian didn’t win any races, although he did take the chequered flag first in one of them. But a penalty for a collision with main title rival Taylor Barnard as they battled for the lead in race one converted victory into no points for Antonelli, and kept things at boiling point overnight before the deciding two races on Sunday.
