The FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 is preparing to crown the first champions of the season at its second event from 6th to 9th July 2023 on the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno in Italy. The current version of the Sarno track, which is 1,550m long, remains highly attractive to competitors who are used to epic battles punctuated by twists and turns.

This weekend, the almost six-week wait for participants in the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy will finally come to an end. In Mariembourg, Belgium, the Austrian engine manufacturer's top-class racing series will kick off the second half of the season with the third race of the year. More than 150 competitors are registered on the entry list for the event. It’s no doubt that the racing action is expected to be thrilling on the 1,366-meter circuit in view of the progressing championship.

The second and final round of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 sponsored by Mondokart.com got underway in very hot conditions at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno. After Qualifying Practice, Danilo Albanese (ITA) took pole position in KZ, while Freddie Slater (GBR) was fastest in KZ2.
