The 2026 Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship officially hit the halfway point today as Noah Baglin displayed racing brilliance at the Kartodromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero, bouncing back from his setback yesterday to secure back-to-back victories in the European Championship.

PREMA Racing put on a dominant display in the opening round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship. The team took two dominant wins in the heat races before Turkish racer Alp Aksoy led the Final from start to finish to secure the early lead and underline a spectacular season start.

Italian F4 Championship leader after the opening round is Alp Aksoy (Prema Racing), who came close to a perfect scorecard at the Misano World Circuit. With two victories and a third-place finish, the Turkish driver collected 82 out of the 90 points available and became the first championship leader of the 2026 season.

The Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship heads to Spain this weekend as 246 OK, Junior and Academy Senior drivers will descend on the Kartodromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero in Chiva, near Valencia, with title ambitions sharpening and championship momentum shifting up a gear.
