The F4 Spanish Winter Championship unveils 2025 calendar

The F4 Spanish Winter Championship continues making progress ahead of its imminent debut in 2025 and is pleased to announce a calendar consisting in three events of two Qualys & three races each between February and March.

After announcing its inception last July, in response to the needs of current and future teams joining the F4 Spanish Championship, a further step has been taken by unveiling the schedule for its debut season. This will be shared with the newly established Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship.

Supported by the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation (RFEDA), the F4 Spanish Winter Championship will kick off at the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto on the weekend of February 7-9, 2025.

From there, teams and drivers will head to the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão for the second event on the calendar, taking place on February 21-23.

The final battle for the title will be held at the Circuito de Navarra from March 7-9 to crown the new F4 Spanish Winter Champion.

“We are excited about the creation of the new F4 Winter Championship. The reception from teams in our series and the interest from others abroad is the best sign that this decision is the right one. In a category like Formula 4, it is crucial, perhaps more than in any other, for drivers to have quality track time, as this is the foundation of learning in single-seaters. Here, drivers who compete in both the F4 Spanish Winter Championship and the full season will take part in 10 events and a total of 30 races to fully develop their potential”,said Marco Rodríguez, General Director of the Spanish F4 Championship.
