Today, Italian racing team, Iron Lynx, concluded its opening weekend of Italian Formula 4 action at the famous Imola circuit with Iron Dame, Maya Weug, and Ivan Domingues gaining valuable knowledge for the season ahead.

16 year-old Maya Weug is about to make history with Ferrari. The Dutch girl, born in Spain, with a Belgian mother and a Dutch father, is the first woman driver to join the Ferrari Driver Academy. Maya outshone the other girls at the evaluation camp which took place last week at the Scuderia headquarters in Maranello, as the final stage of the FIA “Girls on Track-Rising Stars” programme.

The Champions of the Future series held at Portimao was the perfect time to hold a final rehearsal in optimal conditions before the FIA Karting World Championship in the OK and OK-Junior categories.
