Following three days of action during the FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars program at the Franciacorta Karting Track in the North of Italy, the junior’s selection has come to an end. Four talented young drivers have been chosen to progress to the final stage of the program – at the Ferrari Driver Academy in Maranello for the FIA-FDA Karting Scouting Camp. The senior category continues until the end of Thursday.

The 2022 ADAC Formula 4 season is picking up pace: From 13th to 15th May, the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg hosts the second race weekend of the 2022 ADAC Formula 4 season.

Van Amersfoort Racing announces the signing of Arias Deukmedjian. The American will compete in the 2022 F4 championship alongside earlier announced Norwegian Martinius Stenshorne, Brasilian Emerson Fittipaldi Jr. (Emmo Jr.) and Brando Badoer from Italy.
 

G4 Racing is set to continue its run in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine in 2022. The Barcelona-based Swiss operation will contest a second campaign in the series after a successful 2021 debut. Last year,  G4 Racing secured two wins, claiming sixth place in the team standings. 
 

The new single-seater for the next F4 seasons has been presented at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Montmeló).

PREMA Powerteam is delighted to announce that Kirill Smal will stay with the team for the 2021 Formula 4 season. The 15-year-old Russian, joined PREMA on a part-time basis last year in Italian F4 and quickly adapted to the new environment, leaving a strong impression. His continued progress eventually culminated in a third-place finish and a rookie win in the final race at Vallelunga.

The climax of the sixth ADAC Formula 4 season is fast approaching. The gripping team-internal duel between the two top drivers, Jonny Edgar (16, England) and Jak Crawford (15, USA), goes into the next round on the penultimate race weekend of the 2020 campaign at the DEKRA Lausitzring (30th October - 1st November). Still hoping to break the dominance of the Van Amersfoort duo and snatch the title in the short time remaining is Elias Seppänen (16, Finland, US Racing). Races 16 to 18 are likely to prove decisive. The venue may be the same as the opening weekend, but the track will have a completely different configuration. This time, the drivers will be competing on a 4.75km variant - i.e. approximately one kilometre longer than the sprint layout - which likewise comprises sections of the oval perimeter and the infield.
 

It has been an incredible Sunday for Francesco Pizzi at Misano. After taking a brilliant second place in race 1 on Saturday, the 15-year-old, fielded by team Van Amersfoort, delivered another podium with third place in race 2. Then in race 3, Pizzi took a masterclass win moving to the top of the driver championship.
 

This year Red Bull Junior Jonny Edgar is racing for Dutch team Van Amersfoort Racing, former team of Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc. The 16 year old driver tested his Formula 4 car last month in Zandvoort. His big dream is to reach Formula One and follow the footsteps of Verstappen and Leclerc. Dexter Patterson will drive for BhaiTech Racing ahead of the 2020 Italian Formula 4 season. The 16-year-old British racer is a Sauber Academy Driver and is one of the most interesting prospects coming from kart racing, in which he won the 2017 Junior World Championship.
 

The Ferrari Driver Academy is pleased to announce that two new drivers are joining the Maranello marque’s racing driver training and development programme, which has now been operational for eleven years. The drivers in question are Arthur Leclerc and Dino Beganovic, whose 2019 performances showed they have what it takes to be part of the FDA.

Young karting sensation Tijmen van der Helm will switch to single-seater car racing with MP Motorsport this year, the 15-year-old from Den Hoorn in the Netherlands deciding to step up to Formula 4 with the Dutch team.

Prema Powerteam keeps growing stronger in preparation for the upcoming Formula 4 season and is delighted to announce that Estonian sensation Paul Aron will be joining the team's ranks for the full 2019 Italian Championship. The 15-year-old racer will also enter selected rounds of the German ADAC-backed series.
