The European Championships for the KZ and KZ2 categories started in Germany in Wackersdorf with a magnificent overall result for Sodi chassis. Perfectly supported by the CPB Sport team, Senna Van Walstijn proved to be untouchable and unbeaten in KZ2. The Dutchman is already solidly in the lead of the Championship. Adrien Renaudin was forced to start from 10th position in the KZ Final after a small incident during the Qualifying Heats, but he made a remarkable comeback in 5th position.

The CRG official team lined up 7 drivers and could not count on Jaime Alguersuari in the last minute, after he had to forfeit the race weekend due to persistent pain in his ribs, caused by a crack suffered in the pre-race tests.

The young Latvian Tomass Stolcermanis demonstrated this during the second round of the FIA Karting European Championship by finishing 3rd in the OK-Junior category. His Russian teammate Tigran Bunatyan was also at the forefront in France on the Aunay les Bois circuit. Always a fighter, the young Australian driver put in a lot of effort to climb back up, but the final result was not up to the Ferrari Driver Academy driver's expectations. The CRG Racing Team weekend in Essay in France, where the 2^nd Round of the FIA ​​European Championship of the OK & OKJ classes took place from the 27th to the 30th May, was once again made of a series of lights and shadows. The performances of the CRG drivers were characterized by ups and downs, due to some difficulties in finding a correct set-up balance with the MG tires used in this Championship.
