SuperPole, in Zuera it’s Convers’ turn. French Armand Convers (Kosmic-Vortex-Vega) climbs another step in the run to the Super KF title of the WSK Euro Series 2010. On the Spanish circuit of Zuera, near Saragossa, Convers gained today morning the SuperPole, run among the best 12 drivers of yesterday’s timing practices. The driver from Saint-Etienne is the third winner of the SuperPole in the first three WSK 2010 rounds, after English Gary Catt (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega) and Italian Sauro Cesetti (Birel-BMB-Vega), respectively polemen in Muro Leccese and in Lonato.
It’s a hot run in Super KF. Armand Convers’ aim is to strengthen his gap in the Super KF provisional standings, where French driver was already leader with 103 points ahead of Italian Marco Ardigò (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega). The latter concluded today in 9th position and has now a gap of 11 points from Convers. In the following places it’s a fight between Gary Catt, who today was brilliant second, and Dutch Nyck De Vries (Zanardi-Parilla-Vega), third of the SuperPole. Including today’s score, the two drivers came joint third with 58 points. The Championship’s challenge looks forward the Finals of tomorrow. |
