The 9th edition of the Rotax Max Grand Finals has started. 216 karts were on the grid of the La Conca track in Italy. It was a most impressive sight. KartXpress.com made an impression of today. Take a look at the photocompilation. Off the track was almost as impressive as drivers from literally every corner of the globe began arriving to sign on. Old friends shook hands, newcomers made their first tentative step into this Rotax World family gathering. Drivers from no fewer than 50+ countries and five continents will be in Italy, where the 9th ROTAX MAX CHALLENGE GRAND FINALS will take place on the impressive track of La Conca – Muro Leccese. Already the hard work has started with the workers from the Italian factories delivering and assembling the 216 karts that will be distributed to drivers by ballot on Tuesday.
