TONY KART RACING COLLECTION

The words of the former three times F1 World Champion Ayrton Senna.
The Ayrton Senna Institute and Tony Kart take pleasure and are honoured to announce the designing of a go-kart dedicated to the great Ayrton. Strongly desired by the memorable Ayrton Senna, the Institute that bears his name, has been doing its utmost since 1994, giving to more than 6 million children and youths from all over Brazil educational opportunities, so that all of them will have a possibility of developing their potential and, as Senna, being winners in their lives.
Thanks to the charisma and profound humanity of the unforgettable champion, many persons still work today with unflagging will on the project started by Ayrton, many are the initiatives that have
enabled many children to gain help and many activities have been programmed. Among the projects the foundation is engaged in, one involves the go-karting world, a field Ayrton deeply loved and never forgot even after moving into and becoming part of the F1 elite. The
initiative which Tony Kart is directly involved in together with the Ayrton Senna Institute goes under the name of “Racing Collection”.
Tony Kart embraced the initiative with great enthusiasm and transport, happy to be able to contribute to such a noble cause and at the same time honoured to have been called to celebrate a myth of our sport. A man who, with his enormous sporting talent and strong personality, won exceptional honours.
The Senna Chassis has unique and special features, and could not be otherwise, produced in a limited series, each of the 200 examples being numbered and signed. The kart, designed on the basis of the multi world champion model Tony Kart Racer EVX, is equipped with specifically studied and exclusively produced components: the frame is dark blue corresponding to the equivalent colour on the Brazil flag and the graphic work of the fairing is green, blue and gold, the unmistakable chromatics which stood out on Ayrton’s helmet.
The seat is covered in a special cloth with the signature “Ayrton Senna” embroidered on it and the steering wheel, like all the rest, evoking the colours of the champion. Each item has been studied
with extraordinary care. The same care Ayrton dedicated to every activity he took part in and that has always been a feather in the hat of Tony Kart philosophy.
The Senna Chassis is already a karting icon, a precious object, a personal tribute that Tony Kart takes pleasure in dedicating to an unforgettable person. A share of the incomes from the sale of this 200 go-karts will be reverted to the educational projects
of the Ayrton Institute. The world preview of the new Ayrton Senna chassis will take place Saturday 19th may 2007, 6,00 pm by the Tony Kart hospitality, paddock area, during the international Open Masters
(international FIA authorised Series) at Jesolo (VE)
