The second race for the 'Campeonatos de España de Karting' for the KF2 and KF3 was held in Cartaya. The Kartódromo de Cartaya showed also the first race for the 'Copa de España Cadete'. In total 145 drivers were present to compete, including several foreign drivers.
Gerard Barrabeig won the first KF3 race, while Carlos Sainz Jr took victory in second final. Sainz Junior scored most points out of this meeting.
In KF2 David Alabart impressed with a great race in the first final. However the second race PCR factory driver Armand Convers was on top of the timesheets. Jose Cautela from Portugal is still leading the pointstanding.
