Officially: Rotax Max World Finals 2008 in La Conca Italy

The beautifull track; La Conca International circuit at Muro Leccese will the place to be for worlds biggest Rotax Max meeting held from 27th - 30th of November.
"It is our pleasure to announce the date and location for the ROTAX Grand Finals 2008. Most likely a lot of you already know as communications in karting community simply work great. The event will take place on 27th till 30th of November 2008 at the awesome track of La Conca International circuit in Muro Leccese in Italy. We are proud having entered a cooperation with Mr. Luca de Donno representing the
La Conca Sporting Club to host the Grand Finals 2008. Mr. Luca de Donno being the organizer of the WSK international karting series as well as several CIK European and World championships is one of the most experienced event organizers in the karting business driving one of the most modern kart tracks. We are all looking forward coming to Italy to experience the famous Italian hospitality and would like to thank in advance the La Conca Sporting club and its partners for their efforts and enthusiasm", said by Rotax BRP.
With respect to questions about the climate there, pls. be informed, that the track of La Conca is in the southern part of Italy (approx. 1000 km south of for example the track of Lonato at lake Garda) and itīs one of the warmest and driest regions of Europe. The track of La Conca in Muro Leccese is located close to the sea (10 km) south of the cities of Brindisi (next airport) and Lecce.
