Big excitement for the Rok Final
The most important event of the Rok karting season is at the starting-gate, the start will be on October 11th, Thursday, at 9,00 o’clock.
On the South Garda track the engines of the “rockers” coming from across the world will switch on and the adrenalin will increase more and more to the top for the final races that will take place on Sunday.
In the fifth edition of the Rok Final, there will be drivers coming from 28 different countries, for a total of 4 continent (only Australia is absent). The Rokkers that will have a right to take part to the final are the top karters in their categories, drivers that raced in the National Championship, winning the most coveted award: the chance to take part to the 2007 big Rok event!
In these days the Rok Cup Organization is working very hard to put the finishing touches to the event and to offer, once and again, a perfect service to the spectators and to the Rok drivers. Certainly the drivers will think to give the best show during the races, will arrive to Italy drivers determined to win in their category and greedy to make themselves conspicuous, but there will be also a lot of fans that will live in the shore of Garda Lake an exciting and unforgettable experience.
The drivers admitted to the International Rok Final are 226: 96 in the Rok category, 51 in the Super Rok, 51 in the Junior class and 28 in the Mini Rok.
The program of the show is divided following the requirements of the entourage of the drivers. There will be meeting and lessons for the drivers to deepen the understanding of the track with a very special teacher: the neo-World Champion Marco Ardigò.
The Bridgestone’s and Dell’Orto’s technicians will meet the mechanics to allowed to everybody to be in the best technical and agonistic conditions. The Sparco will show in its stand the newest products 2008.
But the surprises don’t end up, the guys of the Rok by Vortex have funny surprises in their custody that will enrich more and more an event that is increasing year after year. As well as the enthusiasm around it is no more under control! |
